"It Is Well With My Soul" has been a favorite hymn of mine for quite a while. It became even more personally important this summer at camp. It became even more heart-wrenchingly beautiful this evening as I heard the story of the author

Interesting- that you did not know the history of this hymn. I would have thought that we would have shared that with you over the years.

Interesting= that is the hymn that Pastor Gretzinger chose this past week for chapel and he told the story of the author, which only a couple of teacher's knew.
